How many times has your child come home with those nasty green grass stains on the knees of his or her jeans?

If not taken care of properly these stains can involuntarily result in the jeans becoming "play clothes." So to avoid that, try one or more of the following:
1. Baking soda. What isn't baking soda good for? Make a paste by adding water to the baking soda and then scrub the stain with a brush.
2. Vinegar. Soak the stain with vinegar for at least an hour before washing the jeans normally.
3. Plain white toothpaste. Rub into the stain with a brush and then wash normally.
Good luck!
